Our restaurant offers german cuisine with a large regional reference. These include of course many delicious specialities of the german moorland sheep “Heidschnucke”, as well as seasonal alternating dishes.

Depending on the time of the year and the weather, our varied recommendation cards feature tasty asparagus, fresh chanterelles, trout and local venison specialties. Of particular note are our heather potatoes and our incomparable buckwheat cake.

Of course a well-stocked selection of drinks and a good wine list are also part of our offer. We have no day off and no company holidays.
